FIRE PERFORMANCE
The SIP's exceed the Building Regulations / Standards requirements with regards to fire resistance. It achieves 54 minutes fire resistance and structural integrity when internally lined with 12.5mm thick standard plasterboard and 73 minutes fire resistance and structural integrity when lined with 12.5mm thick fire resistant plasterboard when tested in accordance with BS 476: Part 21: 1987.
