TECHNICAL DATA
STAYLOR PANEL DIMENSIONS
Thickness: 155mm for walls & 205mm thick for roofs. Panels will usually come in 2.4m widths with up to 12m long available.
EXTERNAL WALLS
Staylor Wall Panels with breather membrane to the external face.
INTERNAL WALLS
100x50 Stud frame construction with 9mm OSB sheathing to one side.
INTERMEDIATE FLOORS
Engineered joists, to manufacturer’s specification, with 22mm T&G flooring glued & screwed to joists. Engineered joists allow for services to be run without the need to cut the joists.
ROOFS
Staylor Roof Panels with a breather membrane & counter battens to the external face.
THERMAL PERFORMANCE
155mm Staylor Wall panels have a U value of .16Wk/m², with the 205mm roof panel giving .14Wk/m².
RESISTANCE TO SOLVENTS, FUNGI & RODENTS
The Insulation core and facings used in the manufacture of our panels resist attack by mould and microbial growth and do not provide any food value to vermin.
FIRE PERFORMANCE
The panel achieves the required fire resistance and structural integrity when internally lined with 12.5mm thick standard plasterboard when tested in accordance with BS 476: Part 21: 1987.
