Staylor Design Associates provide provide consultancy services to the building sector, specialising in building energy performance. We provide SAP calculations, airtightness testing & Code for sustainable homes assessments.

By the end of the year the government is updating the building regulations, bringing in new legally binding levels of energy efficiency for new homes. The energy efficiency of new domestic buildings is measured through SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) ratings. SAP ratings take into account the whole building design & it's use of energy, with the ultimate goal of zero carbon being aimed for in 2016. 

Staylor Design Associates aim to deliver answers to the questions asked by the improving energy efficiency of new homes, helping to provide SAP solutions & creating future homes to a more energy efficient standard.
